CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Terms of Use

1. Who may use HomeApp 365

HomeApp 365 is a home organization and planning tool for homeowners and household members they invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping your account sign-in details secure. You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another person’s account or data, or interfere with the service.

2. Informational tools, not professional services

Maintenance reminders, home health summaries, expense forecasts, FixFirst guidance, equipment scans, QuoteCheck reviews, and reports are informational tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not inspections, engineering, legal, insurance, financial, or licensed trade advice. They do not establish that a home or system is safe, code-compliant, under warranty, or in good condition.

Use qualified professionals for diagnosis and repair decisions. For emergencies or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate utility. Do not attempt work involving gas, electricity, structural hazards, fire, or other dangerous conditions based only on app guidance. You are responsible for verifying equipment details, dates, warranty terms, estimate figures, and forecasts.

3. Your home information and files

You retain responsibility for content you enter or upload and must have the right to use it. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI features may send the selected text, estimate, or image to an AI provider to generate a response.

If you invite a household member, you are responsible for sharing only information you are permitted to share. They may view or edit the shared home data until access is removed. Removing access cannot retract copies a member already downloaded or saved elsewhere.

4. Availability and changes

We are preparing the homeowner app for release. Features may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued during development. We do not promise continuous availability or that a feature will produce a particular result. We may update these terms as the service and launch plans evolve.

5. Plans and payments

Paid subscriptions and checkout are not currently active. We will show applicable price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before enabling any purchase. App-store purchases will also be subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable billing terms.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

HomeApp 365 and its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended homeowner purposes while it is available. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly provided by law. To the extent permitted by law, HomeApp 365 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of informational tools or an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

8. Account closure and contact

You may stop using the service and request account deletion using the in-app controls when available. We may suspend access to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@homeapp365.com. Support is provided by email.
