YOUR INFORMATION, YOUR HOME

Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

Information you provide. Depending on the features you use, this may include your name and email address; home name and address; home systems, equipment, model or serial details, maintenance tasks, service and repair records, quotes, inventory, and expense-planning information; and files or media you choose to add, such as photos, videos, receipts, warranties, manuals, or other documents.

Account and support information. If account services are enabled, we process your login credentials through our authentication provider and the information associated with your account. If you contact support or create a support ticket, we receive your email address, subject, message, and any details you choose to include.

AI feature inputs. When you choose to use FixFirst, QuoteCheck, or equipment-label scanning, the text, estimate details, or image you submit may be sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information or images containing people unless needed. AI features are not a substitute for an in-person inspection or licensed professional advice.

Website visit information. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs. This website does not currently offer account registration, checkout, or a newsletter form.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate home-management features; save and sync your home record when cloud services are enabled; store files you upload; respond to support requests; provide AI-generated informational responses when requested; maintain safety and security; troubleshoot errors; and meet legal obligations.

Guest data may remain on the device where you entered it. When you sign in and cloud synchronization is enabled, home records are stored in our backend service. Files uploaded to HomeVault are stored in a private storage area associated with the account. Access controls are intended to limit access to the account holder and household members they authorize.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell your home records or use them to build advertising profiles. We share information only as needed to operate the service, at your direction, or as required by law.

We do not currently process paid subscriptions. If subscription checkout is introduced, the applicable payment provider and its privacy information will be identified before payment is enabled. Apple or Google may process purchases made through their app stores.

4. Your choices and controls

You can choose what home details and files to add. You can correct or remove records in the app, export your account data where that feature is available, manage household access, and request deletion of your account and associated cloud records and files. Some data may remain in protected backups for a limited operational period or where retention is legally required.

Guest information saved only on your device can generally be removed by deleting it in the app or clearing the app’s local data. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information. The app’s account-deletion feature may not be available until production services are configured.

We do not knowingly design the service for children under 13. Do not create an account for a child or upload a child’s sensitive information.

5. Data security and retention

We use service-provider access controls and safeguards appropriate to the current stage of the product. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain your account, resolve support matters, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Deletion timing can depend on the service provider and backup cycle.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will revise the effective date above and provide notice in the app or on this page when appropriate.

7. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, contact support@homeapp365.com. We provide customer support by email and do not publish a support phone number.
